Renovating the Kitchen

Well  my new kitchen cupboards have been ordered......

Hardware picked out and ordered...........

Next Lighting....................

There are so many to choose from...... But I think I have narrowed it done to these
four.


Now for over the kitchen table.......

Then there's tiles for back splash....flooring.......

The list goes on and on...Poor Mr wwh  he thought I was just updating the cupboards.

    I'm so excited for you! What a fun project. My neighbor just did the same thing. Seems to be lots of kitchen renos going on. I can't wait to see what you've picked out. I know it will be a messy job, but well worth it when you can finally step back and see your dream kitchen come to fruition.

    Oh one thing always leads to another in a renovation. We did our kitchen 2 years ago and I still haven't got the backsplash done yet. Talk about procrastination! Have fun with yours. I can't wait to see the before and after pics.

    Poor guys, they never seem to picture what's involved with a little update. My husband is still struggling with the small update we did to our cabinets - he thought I was just going to paint them and be done with it. No, no, now there's backsplash and counters and lighting and window treatments. And this week he's putting up crown moulding on the top of the painted cabinets to give them a more substantial look.

    By the way, my girlfriend has the white kitchen with the dark island - it looks awesome. Can't wait to see what you do with yours.

    Oh I love lighting choices number 1 and 2. I talk very little at renovation time....usually I say...didn't I tell you we were changing that too... :)
