Easter Pots

I know some of you will remember this post
but for all my new friends I
want to share one of the cutest  and easiest crafts

Cute treats for Easter!

Here is a fun and easy craft /gift just in time for Easter..

Every year I put together a small gift to give the ladies(moms) to take home
but this year it's for the KIDDIES!!!

Won't they be excited when they have their own place card in a Egg Pot filled with
goodies..

The surprise comes when they move the  Easter grass and find another treat!

I purchased these cute mini clay pots at the $ store.

First I painted the bottoms white and once dried I added on colour with my acrylic paints.

going from dark to light then add a darker shade to the rim

Didn't I tell you it was easy.....

Now fill them up with treats and sit back and watch the excitement on their faces to
find the extra treat inside.....

I added these name cards...cut out an egg shape, watercolour and added
                                      their initial...

I had these stems in my craft bin. I knew they would come in handy one day.

                                           Thanks for stopping by!

                       Happy Easter Week!

  1. So pretty. My daughter has a spring birthday and I remember doing this for a birthday party craft. It was such a treat to watch the little girls, all so intent on painting their pots. Such a treat for me after years of 'boy birthday parties'!!

  4. Super cute!! Happy Easter! How is the weather there? I hear it's ice and snow. We've only got rain - but that's what you get when you live in Ontario's banana belt.
