                                                             Hello Friends!

 The temperatures have dropped again. Monday was so hot and humid then
Tuesday we were back in the deep freeze. We were to get rain but instead
strong winds that brought in a cold front.
Last night was another frost warning , so all the hanging baskets came in once again..

When it's cool I like to bake....

A day in the Kitchen...

                                       Runny Butter Tarts!



             Now everyone knows that the favourite dessert here in Canada
                                             is runny butter tarts,


                    Haven`t made them in quite awhile ....

                  Ok let`s face it when it comes to making the pastry....

                  Don`t get me wrong...I do try......I`m  not the best in making

                                           my own pastry....


                          So we will use frozen tart shells.

                  So easy....and they taste good...so why not!!!

                                       HMMMM!!! Nice and runny!!!

                             

                                                Great with a pot of tea!!

                                                Just like my Mom used to make!
