We took our old trucks up to Bala, Ontario about a 2 hour drive up to the Muskokas
We went to the cranberry marshes.
They are now harvesting the cranberries. Its great to see the whole production, so
I took some pics for you.
I tried to put them in order of production. From the fields to the harvesting
to the conveyor belts to the bagging.
We always go up at this time of the year and buy a large bag of fresh cranberries .
This bag lasts from Thanksgiving thru to Christmas.
Its just like picking your very own selection.
Cranberry sauce, cranberry muffins, cranberry cake, cranberry juice, cranberry....
What are your favourite recipes for Cranberries?

Thanks for sharing your trip into cranberry land! I'm always excited when they start to appear at the grocery, and I always freeze a few extra bags to have them during the year.
