YUMMY!!
Want a fresh easy salad on a hot steamy day! So Easy to prepare!
This serving is for 1.
Tomato fresh from the garden
fresh basil just picked
goat cheese
salt
(my choice )
a dash of pepper
extra virgin olive oil,
balsamic vinegar
Cut up tomato into bite size pieces
chop two large leaves of fresh basil
crumble goat cheese onto to tomatoes and basil
add your salt , and dash of pepper
in a small bowl add a tablespoon of olive oil and a half
a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. blend
pour onto tomatoes and toss.
Oh I can feel my mouth watering for this tasty salad.

Yum we just picked two buckets of maters today. I have basil and goat cheese as well. I think this would go great with out grilled tri tip we are having tomorrow night. I think hubby will love it. Thanks so much for sharing it.
