Spring Bulbs!!!

                                             WELCOME!!

It's one of those days......

you know..........

what to do???

So I looked around the house................

and found these bulbs in the furnace cellar.....

They had already started to bud................

So out came the soil and in they went into this clay pot........

I love this wee pot.....used it here

     for my paperwhites...........

Now I'm not quite sure .......What they are................

Could be tulips.......hyacinths ..........daffodils..............

I put them in the window of my studio......now the waiting game starts.........

Now I know I have hyacinths somewhere.............

Back to the cellar...................

Today's weather is unsettled......snow, freezing rain.......

so spring bulbs just make it a little  more bearable.............

As always thanks for stopping by

                                                     Linda

  5. I love all forced bulbs! Your planter is pretty, and once the mystery flowers bloom they will definitely make your home more spring-like in spite of the weather!

  8. Looks like it was the Ontario thing to do yesterday - plant up some bulbs to bring some spring indoors. Funny because I was just going to write a post about it too!!

By the way, I think they're hyacinths (at least the one on the right)
