I love to incorporate colour into each room........................
Something like Christmas..................
So today I would like to share my Living room...............
I find my coffee table a challenge because of the glass .
So I started with this pillar that I found while antiquing last fall.
Then comes this pretty white footed bowl................
I added some large and small
moss balls, a nest with eggs, a twig ball, some faux carrots.......
tutorial here.........
The orange carrots sure pop out...........and bring in colour.................
I love my hardwood floors and like to leave them uncovered............
Now as we tour around the room I have added this cute vignette
with my topiary, birds nest , a miniature rose bush and
my favourite bunny weathervane that I made here.........
Can you see in the corner the fur ball....That's Fergus's favourite hiding place.......
I didn't notice him there when I took this photo......
The other colour that pops with spring of course is my newest pillow......
Someone mentioned that it reminded them of jelly beans.........I can see that can you???
As always thanks for visiting!
Linda

Looks amazing Linda, I can hardly believe that bunny weather vane is homemade. It's super, looks like something you'd find in those lovely interiors stores. Just checked out that post, well done you. I might have to try that!!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,

Have a wonderful week, my friend.

I have a hard time decorating for Easter as I don't have any decor to go with that Holiday. Your area is just beautiful and you did a great job with your vignette. Thanks for sharing at the Cabin.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so lovely. That bunny weathervane is perfect, love it!
