Welcome Friends!!
I'm sorry that my posts have been a little scarce.....
But I'm hoping this tour around the White Weathered Hutch will make up for it.
Meet Max and Fergus our two pets .......they are always in good form.....
Welcoming visitors..... Looks like the sun is in Fergus's eyes!!
Max a chocolate lab is ten and Fergus a West Highland Terrier and is 4 years old....They are best buddies....
As you can see Fergus loves to roll around on the grass....
Now don't judge me on the yellow flowers....tee hee
dandelions.......
You see the field behind us is full ....so we have a hope in
****** to get rid of them..........
I love tulips...I'm sure we all have a few in our gardens.....
Here are a few of my favourites...........
I had to cut these and bring them in before the heavy rains knocked them down.
Now my cute little fellow stands over my gardens to make
sure all those pesky critters stay away.
At the front of the walkway.......I have some flowering shrubs..
Don't you just love the pink blossoms on my Flowering Almond...
(our gardens still need mulch MR WWH...)...
Now around the side yard here is another favourite..........
Quince Bush.........This beauty bares delicious fruit.....
come summer....but for now I relish in the beauty of the orange blossoms........
They are so beautiful!!!!!
In ending this post I want to wish all you MOM'S out there
A HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!
Thanks for visiting!!
Linda
Thanks for the lovely tour. Your quince bush is so pretty! Your little furry ones are also adorable! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I love visiting you and seeing your yard. Your pups are so adorable. I grew up with Quince trees but don't remember the flowers-just the fruit. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day to you too, Linda. Your pets are lovely - I'm partial to terriers, and we have a Cairn. Your quince is beautiful - it's a plant that I've always wanted to add to the garden. Perhaps this year?
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed getting a tour of your property. I love the large field of dandelions! I know you don't necessarily want them there, but they are pretty from far away! Your dogs have a lot of room to play, don't they?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the stroll. Your flowers are beautiful. Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteA great tour with two fine fellahs to welcome us! We seem to have gone from winter to summer here and I'm scrambling to catch up in the yard. I have to get a quince!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful flowers. I love the dogs....particularly the lab....he's starting to show his age a little...bless him!!. I've really enjoyed it. Joan. Thanks for taking us on the tour

ReplyDeleteYou have some of my favourites in your garden - the flowering almond is always stunning and we both share a love of that quince. It looks like everything is off to a great start (including the dandelions). lol
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day, my friend.
It's definitely dandelion season Linda! Your flowering shrubs look really pretty and your two four legged friends are sweet. I love dogs! Happy Mother's Day to you! Hugs, Pam
