Antiquing

                                     Look what I found...

Saturday was a beautiful sunny day here in Ontario so off we went antiquing...

First stop was a liquidation/yard sale sorts...wouldn't call it a shop/store

                      just different...

Now there were no antiques to be found but many kitchen gadgets like this one....

A Yonanas!!

My grand Miss A. got a kick out of the name...

Nana bought something called Nanas.....

Have any of you tried this?

Miss A is Lactose Intolerance so this will work just fine.

Add a frozen banana and some frozen fruit and out comes ice cream....
How easy is that!!!!!

Did you notice the price on the box...

Yes only  $29.97...they retail in the stores for $49.99.

Oh I'm going to have fun playing with this one...

Then we were off  on the road again....

Isn't that a song...On the Road  Again....

Anyhow.... we stopped at another shop and yes this was full of everything...
Like you would see in an flea market...sorts....

So full hard to take pictures and not much lighting....
Made my tour around the shop and nothing and I mean nothing struck my fancy.
Can you imagine.....nothing...until
on my way out the door I spotted a display of sheep....

Yup you got it I purchased this cute guy.

$5.00

I'll put  him on my shelf in my studio with the other sheep I have collected over the years....
He won't be lonely.......

What's that your carrying Mr.WWH comments.....

Another sheep to add to my collection....

He shrugs, arms go up in the air.....

does that sound familiar...

Ha Ha Ha!!!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. That sheep is o-o-o cute and will love being with new friends in your studio. I love road trips like that ... like a magical mystery tour, never knowing what you will find.

  3. I've never tried a Yonanas before. I hope you like it. I used to collect sheep but gave most of them away. Sometimes it's just fun to get out and look at sales even if you don't find much to buy.

  4. I've never heard of that machine before. I bet that will be used a lot! It can make healthy treats and your granddaughter can even help you. Your sheep is cute. Your husband sounds like mine when I buy the same thing over and over (because I just can't help myself). Then I remind him of all the "xyz" things he buys for himself and then he keeps quiet! LOL!
