This has been such a whirlwind fall that I forgot to share
our Fall Table Centerpiece.
I looked around the kitchen to find what dishes would go
with my black and white placemats and there
they were tucked into my white weathered hutch.
I knew I had a large wooden tray so I started to fill
it with the colours I love for fall.
Sunflowers are plentiful at this time of year
but their petals fall and make a mess so
I chose beautiful faux.
The large bumblebee loves the
nectar.
This is one of my favourite Ironstone jugs
the white hilights the the yellow and
candles are always so pretty
for a fall setting.
Tiny orange pumpkins set the stage.
Brought in a large lantern and loved the
glow of the lantern flickering.
As you may have noticed I use the battery kind
of candles. They give off such a wonderful
glow without the fumes of a wick candle.
Keeping it simple!
I placed a black and white tea towel in the bottom
of the tray as a start off point and started to
fill in the rest .
Have some fun with it !
Love, Love this time of year!!
Do you see a difference?
Hope you are enjoying Fall as
much as I am!

That's such a pretty mix in that tray. I like the mix of white dishes with the black lantern and the little pumpkin. Hard to believe that Halloween will be here this Friday.

I like the black and white theme with pops of yellow and orange. The lantern is really nice. It all makes for a lovely table centrepiece. Enjoy the week ahead.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Linda...love the collection of the beautiful fall decor in the tray...and just love how you tied the cute ribbon on the pumpkin!..
ReplyDeleteIts lovely. I've had mine out for so long, I'm thinking of changing it up to something simpler for November.
