I eat a plant based diet, love meditation, walking my dog Lucy, listening to music, and using essential oils. I am raising a magical dude with Autism and his equally vibrant, older sister. I love sharing tips that can make life more NATURAL, POSITIVE, HEALTHY and I love to share information about the people who have inspired me!

I have been learning to live (for 12 years) with Rheumatoid Arthritis and other related health issues, and I am going to put myself into remission over the next 6-12 months, as I have done in the past.

For the love of Lilacs

Do you agree?

Lilacs are so easy to grow and the varieties are endless.

My personal favourite are the purple blooms.

Oh the heavenly scent fills the room with only a few blooms.

Here take a closer look .  Now breath deeply and close your eyes.....

I pulled out my brushes and watercolour paint and captured these blooms on paper.
