Well I hope everyone is enjoying there weekend. Taking in all the attractions or just catching up on some down time.
We went with the old vehicles to a a town called Cookstown,Ont. There is a antique barn that is advertized in many a mag. A good two hour drive . Boy the traffic heading north to the cottages was unreal.
Good thing that we were heading west.
When we arrived to our destination they were having a flea market on the grounds outside the barn.
Well upon entering I spotted this 4 tiered stand.
Quick honey park the truck I need to shop.....
So here are my thrifty finds....
The 4 tiered stand $ 25.00 before ,and after
the white enamel pail $5.00, I'll use this for harvesting my vegs.
a cute market basket in teal $5.00.., great for holding mags, taking to market, etc.
I hope everyone has a super weekend!!

ReplyDeleteHi Linda!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you invited me over to see all your goodies!
I just googled Laura Secord and it looks like your tin picnic basket box was probably a storage container for her Canadian chocolates? It said that Laura Secord is a Candian/French chocolate maker.
That's so interesting!
It is a "sweet" find, Linda!
xx
Alison
