Pamper yourself

Who takes the time to pamper yourself?

Everyone's schedules are so hectic.

But here's a fast and easy way to scrub those blues away....

*Fine sea salt  ------ 2 cups
*virgin olive oil ------1/2 cup
*essential oil (Lemon) or other that suits you.---- a couple of drops

*  Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Than transfer into this cute container found at the $ tree

Tie on a cute ribbon and
Add a small tea spoon (stamped by moi)
Personalize a gift card found here.

Inspiration to make my scrub found here and here.

A cute gift to give a friend... Add a cute hand towel  and some french milled soap.

Hope you find some inspiration here and take time out for yourself.....

  2. I paid quite a lot for some salt scrub...it works well, but the fragrance dissipated. This should stay lemony smelling...if not...add a few drops I can add more. Hummmm good plan.

  6. Hello Linda, What a fabulous idea......I will definitely try this. Olive oil is so good for your skin, but I have never used it as a scrub. Used it all the time whilst living in Cyprus as it was so plentiful. A friend of ours owned an olive grove, so we used to get huge demi johns of olive oil very cheaply, sadly that isn't the case since moving back to England, but I notice olive oil has gone down in price just recently. Looking forward to having silky, smooth skin. Best Wishes Daphne
