Rain Rain go away....

Rainy summer so far.......

How about yours...

I have been waiting for a sunny day to take pictures of my kitchen reno...

Yes it's finally done.  The new cupboards have been installed and it looks amazing!!!!

So I decided to show you my new love.........White Begonias....

I like to collect old teapots and decorate with them as planters so....

What better than a white teapot with a broken spout gets a new lease on life as a planter.

Look at this pretty flower.

It's large bloom reminds me of carnations.

Do you have a favourite flower?

So for the time being white Begonias are mine......

Come on SUNSHINE!!! I know you are out there somewhere........

                                           Thanks for Visiting!

  1. Wow I have never seen white begonias. I love the idea of planting them in a teapot.

My favorites are peonies and hydrangeas. However, I have too many favorites.....Just love flowers.

    Have a wonderful week.

  2. This white begonia is just beautiful. I would take your extra rain if I could.

  3. Beautiful flowers and yes, the rain and gloom needs to move on.

  4. Lovely flowers and photos ! Glad your reno is all done ! It has been a mix of rain and sunshine here and the humidity has come and gone with cool winds most days !
Thanks for sharing . Have a good day !

  5. I feel your pain. We have had rain for so long, I lost track counting the days! it's sunny!!! I know it will find you soon too. Your white flower is really pretty in your kitchen. I was enjoying the sneak peek too. Looking forward to seeing it when you can reveal it!

  6. My favourite flowers are daisies. We had a tremendous downpour of rain about 3:30, lasted about half hour and now the sun is out again

  7. As I write this comment...we are in a downpour!!
Hope the power doesn't go off!
Lovely white begonia, friend brought me one when I was sick this Spring..still going strong!
I also love them in the garden...I have been fiddling with a post..maybe it will be ready soon!! haha!
My garden here is like a jungle!!! Can't get out there to cut anything back!
Supposed to be nicer by the end of the week...fingers crossed!

    Linda :o)

  8. That begonia looks so sweet planted in a teapot. I really have to remember to do that. Hoping that the sun shines brightly for you soon!

  9. You can blame me for the rain - we put in a lawn irrigation system this spring after battling the dry summers of SW Ontario. So it's karma that we would have a rainy summer.

As for your begonias, they are gorgeous. And yes, it's hard to take pictures indoors on these gloomy days.

  10. Beautiful flower in such a sweet container! I can't live without hibiscus, tropical & perennial. Also, must haves are columbine, cone flowers and It's been rainy in our neck of the woods too this year, but not as bad as it is where my parents Toronto.
    Debbie :)

  11. Hi Linda, I can't wait to see your kitchen! Enjoy your day, Gail
