Paperwhites and Amaryllis wk 5

The sun came out for a bit today....

The snow stayed with us........

A flurry or two............

My Paperwhites are just starting to flower......

The ones that I placed in pudding bowls...........

My last year bulbs that I planted in the red and white planter are

a little slower getting going.......

That's ok and they will bloom at Christmas....

Some don't like the smell(fragrance ) of the Paperwhites.........

Wk1....................

Wk2............

wk 5..............

...
My Amaryllis is still all leaves .  Not giving up on it yet....

Hope everyone is enjoying their week so far.

How are your Paperwhites growing????

Thanks for stopping by.  I love hearing from you.

  2. Yours are beautiful Linda. I have one that has really taken off but the others are slow growing. This is my first time for planting them. Enjoy your evening, Gail

  6. OMG Linda - I'm so glad I dropped by. I bought paperwhites and put them in the closet when I was tidying and promptly forgot all about them. I better get them planted tomorrow and see if I can salvage them. My Amaryllis are in bloom tho. J
