Here is an easy peasy project that you can do.....................
All you need is some long pine cones.......
Now I have Evergreen trees on our property........
but they don't produce pine cones.....Odd I thought all evergreens did..
Anyhow.... My neighbour has..... So I went and took some from the squirrels winter stash.....
I washed them good and let them dry......... Wanted to make sure they had no bugs in them.
Then I took some small eye hooks...... check out hubbys work room ......
then started screwing them in..... I added a little hot glue just to be sure that they were secure....
then I took out my craft paint (white) and painted the ends.............
Let them dry..... then added this cute check ribbon......... any ribbon of your choice would do..
So this is so easy peasy like I said..... Don't you think????

Super cute Linda! They look great!
ReplyDeleteThese are cute and easy to do. I have several pine trees that produce cones so now all I need is a chandelier instead of a ceiling fan light! That is something i'll be looking for in the new year. ;)
ReplyDeleteCute, cute project and so easy!
ReplyDeleteWow, I have a bowl of them....good idea.
ReplyDeleteHey, this is a great idea Linda. I need to remember to get some of those little screws, this is something I could do!
